We’re a country that contains multiple ethnicities and a literal cornucopia of cuisines that are known for their incredible taste and multiple varieties. One of the primary staples of any night out is some fine Italian dining. As Bluefield’s ideal eatery, we serve up dishes that are authentic, finely crafted, and above all, delicious. Appetizers
Eggplant Rollatini – Starting off with an appetizer is always first in a full course meal. Eggplant served with genuine marinara sauce and ricotta and mozzarella cheeses. $14
Caesar Salad – Shaved Italian parmesan cheese over crunchy croutons and greenery that’s not too filling. $14
Entrees
Chicken Parmesan – Chicken breast with a little bit of flavor from the old country. Shredded mozzarella served with spaghetti and marinara sauce. $24
Chicken Piccata – Decadent chicken has a name, and this is it. Chicken breast served with artichoke hearts and capers in a savory white wine lemon sauce, over linguini. $26

Pasta has long been a staple of Italian fine dining. We offer up two authentic recipes that have a taste of the old country right in your back yard.
Rigatoni with Sweet Sausage Sauce – Fennel ground sausage with garlic, tomato, cream and fresh basil topped with delectable ricotta cheese. $22
Tortellini Carbonara – Now THIS is the type of extravagance the Italian people are known for. Smoked bacon, peas, caramelized onion, and parmesan cream sauce. They don’t make it like this anywhere else. $23
