It’s that extraordinary day when we give thanks to the women in our lives who brought us into existence and gave us the nurturing and guidance that was necessary for us to become the men and women that we have. And because this beautiful day, in particular, is approaching rapidly, there’s a possibility that you haven’t come up with some very special plans yet. Mother’s Day at The Vault Downtown
There are a few days more important than Mother’s Day, and as such, we’ve prepared an exceptional menu to honor that extraordinary woman in your life. This day only comes around once a year, so we’re going all out to ensure that your mother has a day that surpasses all others. To start this most important of meals, we’re offering a juicy watermelon salad. A plethora of savory ingredients include cucumber, Bermuda onion, and fresh mint. To top off the ideal appetizer, we’re including feta crumbles with EVOO and a delicious balsamic glaze.
Excellent Entrees for the Most Important Woman in Your Life
- Jumbo Crab Cake: with spicy sriracha mayo and sweet corn puree. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and spicy that she’ll adore on her special day.
- Pan Seared Halibut: Scallion and hoisin glaze over rice pilaf. Also included are brown buttered Florida carrots with citrus pineapple salsa on the side.
- Surf & Turf: A succulent charbroiled 12oz New York strip steak smothered with jumbo shrimp scampi and grilled jumbo asparagus.
- Braised American Lamb Chops: Served with buttery whipped garlic potatoes, sauteed green beans, and a juicy cranberry demi glaze.
