At The Vault, we have an entire menu dedicated to happy hour specials. Our happy hour is every Wednesday through Saturday from 5 to 6 p.m.
From The Garden Patch section of our happy hour menu, try the Vault Fried Pickles. We serve our fried pickles with avocado ranch and spicy whole grain mustard horseradish dip. We also have a grilled butternut squash bruschetta topped with goat cheese, spiced candied almonds, and balsamic glaze.
If seafood is more your style, view The Ocean’s Vault section of our happy hour menu. Here you’ll find our jumbo coconut fried shrimp, which is shrimp crusted in a blend of coconut and macadamia nuts, fried to a golden brown, and served with Thai chile sauce. We also have a Columbia jump lump crab cake, shrimp cocktail, seared ahi tuna, and buttermilk fried calamari.
